In the old forum, when I opened the New Posts, on each thread I could go to the newest unread post by clicking a button on the end of the thread title, is there one for the new forum too? If so, where>

there's a "new" tab in red beside the the title name . also if you click on the time posted it takes you to the first unread or last post

Yes it’s called “Jump to new” right next to the “watch” button. Hopefully that helps .
