The inter Bering on my ATV is gone. I have the front one out, but the race of inside one is seized in. :(

I noticed it when i changed the brakes this week.

I'm gonna try a dremel this evening and cut a slot in it.

Any other solutions?

Nope. Not that I am aware of. Cut it. Pry but not on the seat, which can be difficult sometimes. Careful with the cutting, it's easy to do as much bad as good! Something likes brass drift can be worth it's weight in gold when it comes to beating on bearings.

If you have a welder - put a bead on the face of the seized race - the heat will normally shrink it enough to drive or pull it out.

Had that problem in my heep once - welding a bead didn't quite do it... Race is way too hardened for cutting with any manual method - but air liquide sells this awesome eraser rod - basically a gouging rod for an arc welder... 3 well placed gouges (don't take it all the way down, leave an ⅛), and a slide hammer finally broke the race free

I will go one further, if space allows, weld a nut to it. Then make up an adapter for a slide hammer to pull the bearing out. I do this all the time on bushings in blind bores. I do this also on bushing I can drive straight threw. I thread a bolt into the nut and I can drive it out. I really saves on my bushing drivers.
