I have some white paint on my driveway that I can't get off. Is there something I can use to get it off wthout staining the concrete?

Goof-Off is supposed to remove dried paint. Scrape off what you can with a sharp-edge scraper; then Goof-Off, followed by a pressure washer.

If you remove it, how will the helicopter know where to land?

If that's spray paint, there's "graffiti remover" in a spray can that works pretty good (keep it away from your car).

If its a latex paint I would use denatured alcohol (try that first), If its spray paint its probaly a lacquer based so you could try lacquer thinner. Try just a liitle bit at first, if it doesnt stain dump it on there and use a wire brush and scrubb. If that dont work try m.e.k and if that dont work I dont know if anything will work.

What did you try that was super strong?

P.S. The thinners will probally remove any sealer on your driveway if thats a concern.

Kind of funny when you dont want the paint to stick to concrete it will, but when you want it to, like a garage floor, people have issues with it comming up without any solevents.

3400+ PSI pressure washer should do the trick nicely. Go ahead and wash the entire area to ensure you don't have a washed H left.

I agree. If you get a strong enough pressure washer you can carve off the top layer of concrete. You don't need one that strong, but a good pressure washer should have no problem with a little paint. A hot water one would work even better.
