how do you get Performance Tools Warrantied???

I've got a Performance Tools Ratchet from O'Reillys that's stripped out. Any chance these can be warrantied?

The warranty section is about 3/4 down the page. Need original receipt and have to mail it to them. You are probably better off putting it in the circular file cabinet and getting a new one.

Well **** in that case, screw it. I don't need it I have a bunch of ratchets, from all the major companies. Thanks anyway tho, I appreciate it.

No problem - you're welcome. Unfortunately a lot of companies promise "lifetime warranties" that end up costing us more in time and money to send the tool back than its worth. And with the "disappearing ink" thermal receipts it's almost impossible to keep the original receipt - which they know. Part of the reason I used to like Sears - walk in; no questions asked; walk out with new replacement tool of good to very good quality.

My cousins dealer replaces anything you want & does whatever you need.

I've got a Craftsman ratchet from the 60's & its been used heavily since it was new & its never had one problem & nope, not a big fan of Tommy. I'm a Ace fan all the way.
