How do you mount a cabinet like this photo?

I'm mounting an Ikea medicine cabinet on a 1/4" tile wall. I don't think there are studs behind the tile, just drywall. The cabinet has two metal brackets like the one shown in the photo. (I assembled cabinets and a contractor installed them, which is how I have a photo of an example) The keyhole metal piece fits over the bolt and the nut holds in place. What is the bolt anchored to behind the cabinet? Is it a threaded bolt, i.e. without a head?

Any advice is appreciated. Also, this photo is upside-down.

I have no idea to what or how the "bolt" is anchored. We would need more photos and descriptions. The bolt "without the head" is referred to as a "stud".

For most Ikea cabinets there's a track back behind the cabinet attached to the wall, and that bolt slides along in the track.

Usually they attach nearthe top of the cabinet. Is your picture per chance upside-down?

Use the large zip tie type drywall anchors. That's what I used on my large 4 mirror IKEA medicine cabinet.

Sublimate,

That's exactly it. I remember now seeing those Ikea rails leaning against the wall waiting to be installed. And my photo is upside down. How is the rail attached to the wall? I'm guessing it has to attach to a stud.

They are based off the old cleat design. Yes make sure you get them square in the studs.
