How do you start a VW CC???

I need to move one. I have the key. But I cant figure out how to start it. Please help, I dont want to look like an idiot by calling the owner. The key looks like this:

Insert the Key into the slot to the right of the steering wheel and press it in.

Yeah. A customer brought it in for a twin turbo job and a tune. Anybody know where I can get a DIY for it?

A friend left it with me with the key and I needed to move it out of a parking spot to another. I had an issue with the OEM security system and had to lock and unlock the car to get it started.
