Don't ask.
I built shelves 2ft deep for most of my gear. I bag all the duck decoys (2-3 dozen/bag) and put them on the top shelf. Goose decoys get shelved individually.
A friend gave me some large bags that fit in the pallet/cages popular for farm products. They will hold a lot, but are too heavy/bulky to move around.

I use Texas rigs on my decoys, so I ended up using a nail in the rafters or the garage and hang them by a carbiner.

Not a bad way to go and what's nice is you can hang them anywhere. Obviously if we're talking standing decoys, it's a different situation. One which I haven't had to deal with as of yet.

Just my 2 cents.
