How do you take sealed head ratchets apart ?

For example this well specified Facom SXL.171PB. Extending 1/2" ratchet with flex head, quick release and 72 teeth. Appears to be no removable access plate?

Usually there is a kind of snap-ring on the drive side.

if it is quick release, then by definition, it's not sealed head!

I thought the new Facom pear heads were not user serviceable. I don't have a source, but I've read that.

spring clip...Get a pick between the body and mechanism and find the strart. rotate and watch the spring pop out and the head fall out....easier said then done.

You mean there is enough play on the drive side to get a pick in ? You can see a better view in this video
