How do you waranty SK?

Have an SK breaker bar that the ball fell out, how do I warranty it? Is there a number to call?

I took mine to Grainger, after verifying they had a replacement in stock.

I call tech support snd they take care of me asap. First class operation, I've used them twice in the last few months an had replacements in 3 days.

i dont know how much wait time or trouble it will be. do you have the spring? id head down to the local hardware and see if they sell ball bearings and just find one that fits for a buck or so.

not sure if they are national. motion industries is a local store that specializes in industrial equipment and they have bearings, ball bearings, seals, etc....
