If you have to ask how it works, you probably dont need it.

If you know how it works, you realize how great of a tool it is. Pricey, yes. But nice to have.

Well its pretty obvious you need multiple ones to have it make sense. I imagine they would sit in the box for many months for a diyer to use them, but when you use them im sure they are invaluable

Interesting tool

$20 for that little thing. That's proof alone that snap on is overpriced!

Then buy a forge, chrome shop, presses, grinders, mills, polishers, buildings, and employees. Insure it all, develop a delivery system nationwide and sell one for less.

If this tool saves a mechanic time which turns into pay greater than $20 it is advantageous to buy one and is not overpriced. Perhaps you should try using some high end stuff before bashing it??? Just a thought. :dunno:

Interesting tool. I doubt I'll ever get one. At least now I'll know what it is when I see it. I've run across several odd tools like that in pawn shops. A couple I've even bought not knowing what they where.

It seems if you have the room to use that, you would have room for a ratchet, no?

There was a good picture posted in a prior thread.
= is cooling fins on an air-cooled cylinder jug.
+ is a TZ1
- and | are extensions
& is a socket
% is a nut
RRRR is a ratchet or breaker
Code:
=%
=&
=|
=+--+
= |
= RRRRRR

$40 is pretty reasonable if you have that problem and aren't inclined to use a wobble in a particular job for whatever reason.

I enjoyed deciphering that! Creative
