How far can you pull in 6x6s

Had two poles push out 11/2 inches at bottom of my building , I guess the builder did not brace them when he poured concrete. The poles are set for 12ft walls, can these be pulled in enough for trusses?

If that is 1 and 1/2 inches out at the bottom, you can pull them to the correct dimensions at the top with the bands around the top.
