how far from boiler to manifolds?

So I have a pex layout I received from Blue Ridge. They separated my 3 manifolds to be close to their respective zone. My only concern is that the manifolds will not be close in proximity to each other and to the boiler.

Do you guys have any suggestions as to how far away the manifolds can be from the boiler and still have an efficient system?

When the system is up and running, the temperature loss from boiler to manifold will be minimal.

Doesn't matter....I have done installs in multistory buildings where the manifolds are several hundred feet away from the boiler fed by reverse return mains.

No issues. My house was done that way….5 manifolds located close to the zones that they serve.

My shop is set up with the manifolds in the back addition about forty feet away from the boiler room. The hot water travels through fully exposed copper pipes along the wall in the main room.

Heat in that addition is fine, and all the heat "loss" actually heats the main shop.

Don't worry about it.
