Agreed! They rock and the customer service is top notch.

x2, I've had two great orders from them, FAST shipping even to VT.....toolwarehouse is also a great site, and they usually have 10% coupons floating around.

X3. Ordered in the wee morning hours, we're talking around 3am on a Tuesday. My ordered qualified for free shipping and no sh*t if I wasn't just completely taken by surprise when I had my order the following day, Wednesday.

i have placed at least 6 orders with tooltopia and have never had one single problem. the first order I placed with them actually arrived 2 days early. never had that happen before. prices are unbeatable, very good place to feed the Addiction.

I have done both. I ordered once last year through Amazon and once two weeks ago directly from them. Not a meaningful sample size but add it to your totals. Both times everything went perfectly.

i have bought both ways from them. the only reason i used amazon was that the item was cheaper buying it through amazon than directly from the tooltopia web site. dont understand that at all.

otherwise they seem to ship quickly, and pack things well.


my only real complaint is the inability to check the order online. they dont have accounts set up, so i need to fill out the form every time (although the computer does auto complete and fills out the address and stuff, and now even fills out the cc information, although i still need to remember the cvv code). but being able to go online and check what i ordered, and what the tracking number is, rather than having to paw through an email box, would be nice. but, i will note, it is not enough of an issue that i stay away.

Speaking of Amazon and Tooltopia. I wanted to buy an Astro Pneumatic nutsert tool. The problem was that AP had recently redesigned and improved the tool without changing the model number. The trim on the new model was blue and the old one was red and it was shown that way on the box. Neither Amazon nor tooltopia would or could check stock. Amazon offered me a free return if I got the older red one. Thanks a lot. I called Auto Body Tool Mart and he called the warehouse to verify that they had the new model in stock. That is customer service.

Old thread that I just found. I ordered an expensive tool from them and UPS said they delivered but I was here, expecting delivery, and watching the driveway. It wasnt delivered.I called, talked to the nice lady, she sent another that required a signature. UPS delivered, did not ask for my signature. The lady told me that address in Shreveport is an empty building.They dropship
