Thought I'd share how I hold/seperate stuff like extensions and chissles....micro screwdrivers and **** that needs to go in a bin
They run around 4 bux and can be found at target ...bed bath&beyond and possibly more places
Not sure on the brand but these are the most durable/nicest ones I have come across yet
They come in lengths of 3" , 6", 9" and different widths

I have a bunch of similar "baskets". Get them at Big Lots for a couple of bucks for three... I also pick up utensil trays at Goodwill for .39 cents apiece...

I was in one of the big box stores and they were stocking shelves. They had a shopping cart full of these little trays that tools came from probably china in so I asked if I could have some. I took home about 20 thinking I could cut the bottom base off, invert them and use them for wrench racks but it didn't work. They are great for punches etc though.

I like them^^free you can't complain about that
My problem is that I got a lot of my stuff in little cardboard boxes in my drawer and one or two started getting real ratty so while I was at bed bath n beyond w the wifey I saw one of those n bought one or two for $4 a piece.
Bad thing is I since bought a bunch more. I probably have $40 ******* in pointless plastic bins haha

You have a great system:thumbup::thumbup: What I tend to do is buy a 2x4 and cut it into blocks, then I drill holes and mount all my chisels and other small tools. The only drawback is you can not put them into any drawers, instead I just put them on a work bench.

Hey guys just wanted to share an awesome find!!
There are organizers at walmart made by Rubbermaid and they have a little hook latch setup on them to hook to other organizers but I got one today and found they hook onto the side of your box drawers perfectly!!

See right here it grasps on the lip. Preventing any side to side movement

What section of store office supplies. Thanks

Umm hard to explain. Go to the area where they have clothes hampers and hangers/plastic big totes....there should be shelves with all types of things like that for organizing kitchen drawer utensils
They r made by Rubbermaid and u can snap them onto other ones. All different sizes aswell

I've used the plastic food containers we get when we order Chinese food (aka 'chupperware' in our house). They're an ideal size for nut drivers and fit in a shallow drawer.

Nice setup!

I use something similar from Sears (also can be had from HF for cheaper)

I have tried many different ways to organize extensions and punches and this is by far the best.

I bought the 3-Pack from HF and they are actually really nice quality and they fit perfectly in the drawers of the 44" box. I use them for extensions, universals, adapters, misc sockets, and I also have one for various electrical connectors and fuses.
