It sounds like I have my rollaway laid out similar to yours. However, I have two "specialty" drawers -- one for my bodywork supplies and another one for my electrical supplies.
The body work one has a stack of sandpaper and scotch brite pads on the one side and a jumble of sanding blocks and grinding and sanding discs on the other side. The paint gun, grinders, etc are stored in a nearby cabinet.
The electrical drawer has a bunch of spools of wire, some loose wire & connectors, crimping/stripping tools, and a soldering gun. It used to have a mess of connectors & shrink wrap too, but I've since moved them to thier own organizer.
How do you keep your sockets organized? Right now I have those flat plastic trays from Craftsman that have holes for each size socket. My two gripes about them are that they don't have enough holes for all of my sockets and the deep sockets tend to fall over if I close the drawer too fast. I'm considering some sort of magnetic solution.

PS- In the near future I plan to purchase a second rollaway bottom to use as a mobile tool cart. I'll cover the top with 3/4" plywood or MDF and stock the drawers with commonly used tools and materials. It'll have a medium duty vice hanging over one side and a power strip on the other.
