How long does snap on flat rate tool repair take?

I sent out one of my tools to get repaired and have not yet heard back from snap on. What sort of time frame am I to expect normally?

I only sent a tool in once. Turn around was about 4 weeks. There were no updates.

I had a right angle air drill rebuilt, it took about 2 weeks.

I want to say it has varied between one and two weeks for me.

4-6 weeks on the new cordless ratchet

I sent my cordless 1/2 impact, took about 2.5 weeks. It came back looking and operating brand spanking new tho.

Turn around is usually about 2-3 weeks. Even for us Snap-on dealers.
