I think they do colors in groups, so if you hit the right color cycle it will be quicker. I know mine was supposed to take a lot longer than it did, so I got lucky.

When did you order it?

A black roll cart shouldn't be to long, custom toolbox would be longer. The more common the item, the more likely they have them in stock.

My welding cart/table/box took 6 friggin' months !!! That was due to my dealer though. Damn near told him to shove it, but, I couldn't beat the price I finally got it for.

When I got my krsc46 I ordered it during his normal stop time. And when we finalized the deal he had it to me a few hours later that same day.

from what I understand there is a warehouse here in the Houston area with most service carts and the most popular boxes are kept in stock

Depends.

If you're not ordering anything "custom" there's usually some back in the shop/warehouse.
But if you want anything custom such as trim/color combo. They'll say 6-8 weeks but usually will be delivered in about a month.

I've seen a box ordered on Friday at 5:55 PM and delivered the next morning bright and early at 6:30 am to our shop. With coffee and donuts.

Our Snap-On guy is awesome.
He'll run stuff out to you on Saturday morning if he has it.
