How long for new floor to cure before applying epoxy?

I just had my the floor poured in the new garage. As soon as it gets warms I want to epoxy it. I know it'll save me a lot of prep time if I get it epoxied before I get it oily and dirty.

So do I have to wait a certain amount of time before gettting it epoxied or can I do it immediately?

Yup, what thegarageguy said...wrote...replied. Any sooner and you'll be scraping, sanding, stripping or whatever so you can do it again.

Sweet, it was poured on 1/27/10. February will be too cold. I work a ton of overtime in March. So April will be the first chance, plenty of time to cure and warmer too.

Thanks, guys.

Be careful of applying it when the ambient temps are warm and the slab is cold. The closer the slab is to air then the better chance of no sweating problems.
