How long to let slab dry before sealing?

Weather is getting cooler and need to get the outside slab sealed. Will be power washing it this afternoon. Weather the next few days:

High Low Wind Rain chance
Wed 82 53 20-30 MPH 10%
Thur 59 32 10 - 15 20%
Fri 62 36 5-10 0% and sunny
Sat 68 46 15-25 0%

Would like to seal it Friday as the wind Saturday is going to blow leaves on it and I need to put some lumber on it before Monday. How soon can I stack stuff (not drive vehicles) on it?

A few other details... It's about 3 months old. Broom finish. Not previously sealed. Do I need to do more than one coat since it's new?

Hi,
We would recommend that you check with your sealer supplier as there are all different types of sealers. A penetrating sealer like Ghostshield can be applied with the slab being somewhat moist and these temps should be fine.

Topical sealers like our ARM8400X also should be fine if you apply in the mid am with the sun out or the temps warmer since these products cure rather quickly. As long as the floor is dry enough to walk on, normally next day, you should be able to put lumber down. Always test though in a corner just to make sure as there are many variables.
