How long would this floor coating last?

Done this way...

• Light broadcast of chips
• Alphatic [sic?] polyurethane
• Epoxy 55% solid base coat
• Diamond ground floor prep

Light use like...

• Cars in and out daily
• Walk across it daily
• Light furniture use
• Medium appliance use
• Occasional toolbox roll
• Clumsily dropped objects

The garage faces west and gets a lot of sun and a lot of heat. We want a nice looking finish that will last but are not mechanically inclined in the least, unfortunately, though we do appreciate a nice floor.

Define last?
Everyone has a different threshold for re-coating.

I don't know the coating you are using, but I did my garage with the Lowe's stuff about 2 years ago and it still looks nice. Use my garage for parking, auto work, metal fab, wood working, beer drinking, etc.
