How many CO alarms?

How many of you use CO alarms in your heated garage? I have had issues with improper venting when the wind comes from certain directions. Vent is within code, but my particular roof configuration must present some unique situations. I have an older Janitrol unit, and it is not the power vented type. I wonder if the newer power vented models lessen this issue.

I have found that the alarms are a necessaty in my situation.

I have one and I like it a lot. It reminds me when I'm doing something stupid. Cheap insurance. I'd rather spend $30 on a CO detector than be dead.

I've got one next to the door to the house. It hasn't gone off yet, and I've run a car in there with the door open for several minutes. I wouldn't go without it.

I have the same problem, odd wind changes have caused issues. I have a CO2 alarm in there as a precaution...
