How many coats clear - Corotech v155 + v410

Friends, curious how many coats of clear polyurethane guys put over flake covered epoxy? Just finishing my first coat and my gut is I will need another coat to achieve the gloss and smoothness I'm looking for. Diamond ground, v155 primer, v410 epoxy + medium flake and 1 coat of aliphatic polyurethane recommended by my commercial paint shop (Seal Krete clear shell)

To help decontaminate and create a rough surface for the epoxy to chemically and mechanically bond to. Others can better answer, but that’s my understanding.

I did 2 coats of clear poly over epoxy plus flakes.

Thank you - Going to grab some 150 grit, scuff and apply another coat tomorrow and will report back.

Thanks, did my old house by etching and the v430 product no primer, no flake and no clear. Floor held up great, but I wanted something a little prettier this time with the flake and glossier. It was slippery when wet, so I definitely recommend the anti-skid like others here suggest.

Scuffed with 180 circular pad, and added a second coat - better coverage of the flakes, much glossier - exactly what I was hoping for. Thanks guys

Did you use the Silver Gray or Battleship Gray? Also which flakes did you use? Thanks

Just a reminder to everyone, when doing a very heavy or full broadcast of flecks it's mandatory that the floor be well sanded or scraped with a flat scraper to knock down the overlapping 'high spots' of the flecks or they will be sharp and hard to walk on without shoes, and also become dirt collectors. Do this and vacuum well before applying your clear coats.
