How many proffessional mechanics do we have here?

I've had coworkers that were former US Air Force techs; they said that the tool inventory was very strict and you had to check out/ check in everything... is this the case in your situation or not as strict? I would assume the air force would be more concerned about FOD then ground based army repairs on trucks...

yes ... a tool in an entering a plane engine while flying doesnt have the same end result than one in a truck in the field .. :D
