Is Wilton still making in the USA? I'm not sure, can't seem to find anything online. I just bought one of their standard duty clamps and its a beast.

Appears someone beat me to it.

I've bought a bunch of Wilton 400 series forged clamps in the past year, all have been made in China. The quality is as good as any.

All Wilton cast clamps I've seen recently have been MIC, as well. I never have used cast clamps, but I'm very suspicious of Chinese castings.

So, if Wilton is making any clamps in the USA these days, it would be above the 400 series. I haven't seen any recent production of those.

Wright tool. The extra heavy duty forged aren't cheap, but 27500 lbs load test. I have tortured with 1 inch impact guns and they laugh it off. The lower test c clamps are a nice bargain compared to truck brands. Check out HJ Epstein in Kansas City since they usually have them in stock.

I believe Pony/Jorgensen is still making some their bigger C-Clamps here.
