How much does a $20 Hein Werner Jack cost?

Guys I missed out on the vise but I found this and it followed me home. My question is I paid $20 for it but it leaks badly, so whats this going to cost me. I see there may be some repair kits available but I have never done anything with a jack before. What would a novice expect to have in a project of this nature to restore to a useable home situation.
