OP, well today is Monday and you were supposed to take a look yesterday. How did things go ?

There were a bunch of things that I didn't like inside the house. The way they laid out the finished basement was absolutely terrible. I'd almost want to gut the thing. Water damage in the kitchen on the hardwood floors. The detached garage did have a 100 amp sub panel installed in it, and it looked to be 9'6" ceilings as a few mentioned. I wasn't nearly as hyped after seeing it in person, and my wife wasn't that impressed. With that, we're going to continue the search, and hopefully find one without a garage so I can build exactly what I want.
