I had a very similar one, meant to by driven by overhead transmissions and long belts. Sold it for 700€ two years ago. Looks like yours has a VFD. Really hand on an old lathe like that, but if it's chinese I think it's not really worth more than ~300€ fitted...
Lathes with over 1m of turning length really loose value with age. Too old to be used in modern machine shops, and too big for home owners to place it somewhere. I sold mine just because it took half of the room it was in, otherwise it worked perfectly fine... Now, instead of it, I managed to fit in a decent mill (similar size to the deckel fp1) and a lathe with 0.6m turning length (and a proper small toolmaker lathe at that!).
I was lucky with the lathe, they threw it away at where I worked at and I got it for free. It's really small but just large enough to have the mass needed for truly precise work. Also interesting construction with bar-guides, which isn't as rigid as most large lathes (rigid enough for something this size), but the big advantage of them is that this lathe is easy to restore completely (new ground bars and new bushings, then grind the ways on the support and it's practically all new). I think a lathe like this would be worth 8-12k if restored in my area. Mine is not in a great state but it's all functional (the one on the photo is not mine).
