How Much Oil for this Air Compressor Pump

Hello- I purchased the air compressor depicted in the attached photos. It needed a new pressure switch which was an easy replacement. The compressor is ugly but it works.

Drained the oil to lay it horizontally in my truck.

My question is this: There is no clear window on the pump and I can’t locate a manual. How much oil do I fill in this compressor? I assume all the way up to the fill hole.

Thank you in advance.

Off hand I'd say to the top of the fill plug. You may find a manual by searching the model number,

^ Yes on the above. Fill to the top of the fill plug threads. If you imagine a sight glass (like my similar pump has) on the side of the crankcase, that puts the oil level right about in the middle of it. There is a dipper on the end of the connecting rod that scoops up the oil and splashes it around inside - the oil has to be just high enough for that to happen.

I’ve got a very similar compressor, that white cap has a dipstick on it. It has 2 lines for the correct level.
