How much would I expect?

So What would I expect to pay for a pole building in the greater Seattle Wa. area my tenitive size would be 30x60 w/ 12ft wall. Minimal options as cost is major obsticle.

The only way to know is to ask a builder.

Here in WI they advertise a 36X54X10 for around $11,000.00 with one slider door and one service door. Overhead doors and windows are options.
