How often does HF allow coupon for 4x8 trailers?

I want one of the standard duty Harbor Freight 4x8 trailers, but won’t need it for a couple months so I can wait for a good coupon. Most coupons exclude it though. How often does HF allow a discount for these trailers?

The website says ‘not online’ so I have to get from my nearest HF. is this something most stock such that I can go get one when a coupon becomes available?

Where does it say in store only? Ok, NVM. I just went to harbor freights site, and you can only purchase it in store. I was thinking coupon use in store only.... Don’t mind me, I’m sick....
