How often does Snap On issue a new catalog?

Does Snap On issue a new catalog every year, or just when there is a change in the line up?

i laughed when I saw the title. they need a new one every year. but it does not happen. too many new tools and changes to keep it up to date.

Knowing this and not having a Snap On dealer to check with, how can I get the newest updates in changes? Is the internet the most current source? I kinda feel that pedaling through all of the different web pages is painstaking, especially when you are looking for a tool and not sure what category it may be listed under. Much easier to take a catlog to the can where I have a little down time. Haha!
