User Dr. Doom would probably be best source of info. Look at Long lever/Butterfly (gen 2) video in attached link. Those appear to be Butterfly or Flying-V raised panel ratchets made in 1950s (per video).
The Butterfly selector was only available between 1960 to 1963.
The patent was applied for and registered in 1959 and was first shown in the 1960 catalog. It was gone in the 1964 catalog, replaced by the Long Lever selector.
Any of the more modern rebuild kits will fit it, but it's an all-or-nothing deal. All of the V-selectors I've seen had a D-slot pawl engagement - newer pawls are a hyphen-style. So, your older V-selector won't interface with the replacement pawl. You can install the whole kit and get it working again, but, it won't have the distinctive look of the V-selector.
