How Old Is My Park Tool Box?

So I picked up this Park Carpenters tool box the other day at a garage sale and the badge is a variety I haven't seen. Anyone have an idea on the age of this badge type? I am used to the Orange lettered Park badge. Also, It appears the park box is 32" long compared to the Craftsman box which is 30" I think. This one appears to hardly have been used, except for the notch for the square is knocked out. So has anyone figured out a good way to replug that open notch hole? Thanks for any info on the box.
