How old is the fixture?

The was dug up by a metal detectorist and he said it was a foot down.
It still had the socket in place but I removed it when I cleaned it up and gave it a paint job. I can't find a pic of one anywhere, so does anyone have any idea of its age or possibly who made them?

Oh, and its not a hurricane bolt end.

A picture of the socket and any wires would probably give a better idea.

The foot down means nothing to age. What material is it made of? Size? A bit more info please??

Its some sort of metal, one point was broke of and I used some JB Weld and and made a point. Its about 8" in length, the socket was torn up pretty bad getting it out. There are fine threads in the opening for a socket to screw in to it. I'm guessing the two small holes are for attaching it to a wall or ceiling.
