How old is this snap on box?

Found this on kijiji. He is asking $100 Canadian for it. Not interested in paying asking price however, he is willing to negotiate. My question is; how old is this box?

I have been looking to get an old box for my shed for quite some time. I am a mechanic by trade and dislike not having my tools organized at home. Came across this and figured it was well worth going to check out.

Looks like early 1970s to me.

It should have a date stamp on it somewhere. On the 1970s models, I'm unsure exactly where it appears. Others here will certainly know.
