So there are imperfections on my freshly poured concrete for my sunroom...I know it can be ground or sanded down but how smooth a finish can I expect to get..?

How smooth can you grind concrete?

Not very, with a grinding head used for coating removal. It would have to be ground down, then smoothed with ascending levels of tooling.

So really the only reason I would be grinding it down would be to coat it....right? What would be a product to build it to smooth it out?

After is cured? Oh show me ye wise one..
Most any concrete can be repaired with the proper diamond floor grinder and successively finer grits of diamonds. If your intention is to coat the floor then starting at #20-#40 and then bring it up to #120.

Spoke to the concrete guy today and he said he would make it right...he is also pouring my driveway so I can hold some funds in the end until I am satisfied. I will give him the benefit of the doubt. For now.
