Have them in the plant where I work in repair areas. They are decent, good enough for light work. Not where you want to put an engine block or heavy machine on it, but a person could do a lot of work on it. The main feature is the solid wood laminated top, the legs are just stamped steel and the cross-brace in back is what provides all of the racking support. Its designed to be shipped knocked-down and assembled by someone who can operate a screwdriver and adjustable wrench.

We have similar ones at work. There's no support for the top along the length of the bench so the tops sag over time. Toss the nuts and use lock nuts to keep everything tight.

$370 bucks... Plus how much for shipping?
I would go to Home Depot, spend 40 or 50 bucks and build one out of 4 x 4's with a tongue and groove 2 x 6 top. Way stronger then most shops will ever need and very easy on that wallet...
There are plenty of bench plans on Pinterest...
