You can't. You have to PM a mod and ask him to do it. BTDT.
You can change the title of your own posts though. Hit EDIT, then ADVANCED.

You can actually change it but you must catch it quick (<1min after you first post) and use the "Go Advanced" to do it. If you make an edit to the post and it shows the "last updated by...." statement at the bottom it is too late and you must get a mod to assist.
