How to disolve some unknown glue?

The bowl doesn't have a real precise flat fit. So not sure an adhesive like that would work. I need a little fill and some body to the glue.
Windshield adhesive will certainly comply with the fit, and hold like structural adhesive, which it is; but is black - from which you will not go back. So be sure this is not a color sensitive join.

Acetone.

Stuff ruined the inside of a fridge.
I was trying to get the glue off from the 87 stickers all over the thing.

OK, attached some photos to the first Post. That was before washing it down at the end of the glue stripping.

It really is a nice bowl and looks like crystal.

Bought J-B Weld Clear 2 part Epoxy that they recommend for Glass.
