How to display pocketknife ideas?

My father in Law passed on and I got back the Spyderco native knife a gave him years ago, well used.

I want to make a small plaque/display etc. with the knife to give to wife in his honor , any ideas?

I was thinking of routing it into a piece of wood so she can keep it on her desk.

Maybe a good shadow box. Have an old bowie knife that my dad had mounted in one, looks nice.

I've seen keepsakes cast into a block of clear Lucite that came out very nicely. Easy to display.
