How to fill a gap between Grade beam and wall

So I've built a 28x24 garage and it's turned out great so far. The only thing that is a little irritating, was the guys who poured my grade beam, poured one place an inch low.. I've shimmed the garage, but this leaves a gap.
When I start my siding, i'll have to start at the base of my wall, thus leaving the gap.
What can I do to fill it and make it look nice??

Any thoughts?/

Non shrink grout. Typicaly the siding will start below the bottom plate so it may cover the gap. I would still grout to provide bearing and keep the critters out.
