How To Install A Side Wall Vent In R Panels

I need to figure out a way to install a powered fan vent in the sidewall of my steel building.

The building has a 10 foot long ridge vent however that opening is not large enough to vent out the humid air that my 7000 CFM Mastercool Evap Cooler is pumping into the building. If I open up the door the 112 F heat and the bugs try to sneak in so I really want a way to vent out a great deal of air so that my formally 120 F in the dry heat shade building that is now 85 F humid is a bit more dry.

If the building had flat wood side walls then it is a no-brainer to cut the hole and bolt on the louvers to the outside and the electric fan on the inside...but how do I install the louvers to the outside of the "R Panels" of the side wall of my steel building because it has the 1.5 inch tall ridges every 12 inches.

Is there some kind of trim piece that I can buy for the outside trim that has the contours of the ridges of the R panel???

See attached picture of the side wall of my building.

THANKS for your advice!!!

Get a piece of L flashing the depth of your ribs(1-1/2") that turns up behind the panel about 2". Make the length of it a couple inches longer than your louvre and the water will drain outside of the louvered area. Us a good butyl or urethane caulk sparingly, don't gob it all over everything.
