I got a killer deal on some non-backing insulation that I want to use in the walls of my garage. How do you install it without the insulation falling down over time?
Thanks!

Cover it with 6 mil plastic vapour barrier. I personally do not like paper coverings as the paper becomes brittle over time and will fall apart. Plastic is much superior.

In my climate, 6 mil poly is the answer. If you don't like the look and aren't planning to sheet it in anytime soon, a building wrap could be used over the poly. Most are white and quite strong.

Assuming your garage is standard stud construction, and assuming the fiberglass is in rolls that are sized properly, it should be a friction fit and will stay in place until you put up a vapor barrier and walls.
