Hi All...have question regarding installing interior metal panels (up to 10' from floor) and then OSB or drywall above that up to ceiling (covering the ceiling also) after spraying with closed cell foam insulation...building is going to be 30x50x18 with non-tapered columns (not the kind that get bigger the further up you go...) so the inside/outside edges of the side girts will be flush mounted with the inside/outside edges of the column.
On the jobs I have seen, the foam covers EVERYTHING including the inside face of columns, inside face of girts, inside face of purlins and, obviously, the inside of the exterior wall panels.
My question is: how to attach an inside covering over this sprayed insulation??
I'm thinking you can't just screw to the girts and columns b/c there is at least 2" of foam covering them and it is NOT uniform in thickness...suggestions?
