how to install metal interior walls?

I just had a 60x40x14 metal building built and Im wanting to use metal sheeting on the interior walls up to 7ft high. my question is how is the lower portion attached to the floor. my red iron frame in recessed at the bottom, so what are most of you doing about this?

The best way to capture the bottom of the interior sheeting is to mount an angle to the floor that you can attach to. It won't require much and either steel or aluminum could be used.

Thanks, so just bolt aluminum angle iron to the concrete? Do you have any pics by chance?

I would use painted steel angle on the floor so that you do not have dissimilar materials, steel panels, steel sheeting and steel screws.

Use galvanized steel studs as a baseplate. Attach to the concrete with a Ramset or tapcons.

If there are any metal building supply places near you go get some more base angle like they put at the edge of the concrete. I would suggest installing a 4"C girt midway to support the sheeting.

To late for you but for the next guy order a base girt to solve the problem and a girt at 4'. I always order my buildings with a girt at 4' to keep snow from causing damage by pushing the wall sheeting in.

Sorry no pics. As mentioned, a sheetmetal stud could also be used if the space is clear and flat between the inside and outside sheets.
With just an angle the floor can be less than flat in the cavity. As to the dissimilar metals issue, if the area stays dry then alum is less of an issue. You could also place a barrier between the two pieces.
