The rollup doors I've been around basically can't be insulated. They are really only suitable for indoor use between rooms.
Hopefully yours is different, but I don't see how you could add layers of insulation without compromising the ability of the door to roll up.

Continuous corrugated sheet type door? No way to insulate, add any thickness to it, and it cannot roll up properly. I have one, a 10x10. Need to get some seals to seal the edges and something better for the bottom (irregular cement leaves a gap).

You can add vinyl weather stripping to the outside sides and top. And some type of door seal (like on a car door) on the bottom.

Is the inside of the door flat or are there exposed hinges an rails?
Forgive my quickie not to scale drawing. Something like this..

You can tape that foil insulation on the inside. We installed one that came from the factory that already had it installed

I asked this same question a month ago for the same type door. I was going to go the taping the foam board to it deal as I will almost never roll it up now that my equipment is in. I decided that I would make a 10X10 light weight wall section that was a tight slip fit with 2 handles to put on the outside and cover the door completely. Then I am going to have some spray foam insulation put on it and all my insulation issues are gone.
