The easiest method for removing stucco that I've used was to saw cut vertical strips 16" wide between the studs, then peel it down in manageable pieces. It's a dirty job, but one man can handle those small pieces for hauling away to dump site. If you have a skill saw you can get stucco blades at Home Depot that work well for this kind of work, wear a mask and gloves.
