how to remove bit??

how to remove bit from 1/4 torx socket?? i tried to use a hammer and pin punch,but had no luck...it looks like this one

A lot of these bit sockets are now made where the bit is permanetly installed in the socket instead of replacable.

This. Which I think is a PINTA. I don't have any bit drivers that are fixed, but do have a bunch of hex drivers that are fixed.

If it was designed to be removed it would pull out with the force of your fingers. You wouldn't have to press it out. From the pic it doesn't look like the type that is interchangeable. The ones I have that are interchangeable have a cutout in the top for a visual reference as well as clearance for a snap ring to retain the bit.

There are bit sockets that the bits come in and out with your hands or a pliers, then there are bit sockets where the bits are pressed in and are "permanent", like snap on torx and hex bit sockets. When the bit part wears out or is broke you press it out and put a new one in, you can buy just te bit part from snap on.
