Great Job:thumbup:

Now when anyone Gooles "How To Remove Snap-On Handles" this thread comes up.
When I was Googling for the same earlier this summer, all that came up was faucet handles, door handles, yada yada.

I have an OLD SD-8 black handle, didn't wanna burst it. So I left it on the dash of the truck all mornin (sunny day), warmed her up nice and even. Slid right off, and right onto the new driver blade

This will help alot of folks that just don't know how:)

I have a couple 1x1x1/4" pieces of steel with holes in them that I use, instead of prying on my nice shiny wrenches. Gives me a little more to pry on and a little more surface area on the driver too.

replace blades, repurpose handles, whatever. Make cool handles for your drill press...seriously, who's done it???

Nice neat way to remove them.

Always saw SO driver use just a box wrench and a hammer. Clamp blade in vice and hit wrench with hammer. Thats how I remove them except I use a a old panel wrench instead of a good so one.

Maybe our SO members will chime in on their technique?
