How to repair this before epoxy

Have a detached garage that I'm going to epoxy, but need some advice on what route/product to go with to repair these cracks.

Home is about 65 years old

My sister's garage was worse than that and had a really good result with poly-jacking. I was kinda shocked about the reasonable price too!

Bring in a guy to foam jack it up....works great, they drill little holes and inject expanding construction foam and the slab lifts....

Yep, having 1/2 of my garage lifted as we speak.
